Our Pastor
Julian Rooks serves as the President and Lead Pastor of Afresh Ministries. He is a dynamic speaker and Operations Specialist in the United States Coast Guard, known for his high-energy, motivational messages, that inspire people to embrace the power of Jesus Christ within them and pursue their God-given purpose.
9 years ago, Pastor Julian answered the call to ministry with a clear vision: To be a voice of Light in His generation and to help people experience the simplicity and transformative power of the Gospel. His leadership is marked by a passion for spiritual growth and personal empowerment, guiding others to become the strong, purpose—driven individuals God created them to be.
Together with his wife, Jessica Rooks, Pastor Julian is committed to creating a welcoming environment where those who feel distant from God can encounter His presence, experience renewal, and be equipped to build stronger, faith-filled lives and families.
A devoted family man, Julian is happily married to Jessica and is the proud father of three wonderful children: Braedyn, Grace, and Olivia.
